CONDITIONS OF SALE AND CANCELLATION POLICY 2019-2020

• Workshop dates are subject to change. If this happens, the cancellation and refund is stipulated bellow, depending on the type of voucher.
  
• Single session voucher have an expiration of 2 months from the date of purchase and are valid for any of the days offered within this period. We offer cancellation and 100% refund if the voucher has not been used at any time and if the refund is requested before 30 days of purchase. Once the validity of the voucher ends, no refund will be made. Nor will used bonuses be refunded, even if it'spartially used. In case of changes in the date of a workshop during the validity of an unused single session voucher, the customer will have two options: cancellation and refund of 100% of the amount of the voucher or extension of its validity for  2 more months.
  
• Monthly vouchers are only valid for Thursday sessions from 10:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. and are valid for the month chosen by the user. We offer cancellation and 100% refund if the voucher has not been used at any time and if the refund is requested before the first workshop of the month has begun; once the first workshop of the month has passed, no refund will be made. Nor used vouchers will be refunded, even if it's partially used. In case of changes in the date of one or more workshops during the validity of a monthly voucher, if the user cannot go to the new proposed date or if it is not possible to offer a new date. the amount proportional to the hours lost due to the change will be refunded.
  
• 4 sessions vouchers are only valid for the monthly workshop on Mondays from 6:30 p.m. to 9:30 p.m. and are only valid on the specific stipulated dates. Cancellation and 100% refund only if the voucher has not been used at any time and if the refund is requested before the first workshop started; once the workshops have started, no refund will be made. Nor used vouchers will be refunded, even if it's partially used. In case of changes in the date of one or more workshops, if the user cannot go to the new proposed date or if it is not possible to offer a new date, the amount proportional to the hours lost due to the change will be refunded.
  
• Discounts: ADMTE members, DMT postgraduate or master students, Kur Klinicum and Espai Nac users have discounts. In the event that the user changes his "status" during the term of the voucher, the discount will still apply, but wee may deny applying the discount on a future purchase.
  
• We reserve the right of admission to the workshops. No conduct of discrimination, assault, aggression and / or violence will be tolerated. People with serious behavior problems, whether or not caused by mental health problems, will not be able to attend the workshops. If a user is invited to leave his/her participation in one or more workshops, he/she will be reimbursed with the amount proportional to the hours lost due to the change.
  
• The purchase of a voucher implies the acceptance of these conditions of sale and cancellation.
